Founded in June, 1987, the office is located at 675 Hegenberger Rd., Suite
225, Oakland, CA 94621.
We provide judgment recovery services and assist with comprehensive legal document services.
Dr. T. Priester is a graduate of the University of CA, Martin Luther King School of Law at Davis;
a retired certificated Community College Instructor of Law, Secretarial Technologies, and Supervision; a Certified
Notary Public Education Vendor for the State of California and a Hearing Appeals Officer for Contra Costa County.
